Abacus Selects Golden Bear as Carrier for Earthquake Deductible Buyback Program

LOS ANGELES, CALIF. -- Abacus Insurance Brokers, Inc., a Los Angeles-based program manager that distributes specialty insurance products online through www.abacus.net, has selected Golden Bear Insurance Company as its new carrier for the Abacus Online Residential Earthquake Deductible Buyback Program.

This program enables homeowners to reduce deductibles on their existing earthquake policies.  Coverage is available in California and allows owners of a single family residence, duplex, triplex, or fourplex to reduce earthquake deductibles to as low as 5%.

Coverage is offered on an Admitted basis.
