The program provides Data Breach and Privacy Security Liability Coverage on a national basis through an "A" rated, Admitted carrier. The broad offering includes numerous coverages including regulatory action, regulatory compensation, PCI fine, computer forensic costs, identity protection costs, crisis management and public relations costs, cyber crime, cyber business interruption, cyber extortion, hacker damage, and more.
